Off The Record must rate a massive danger after his second in a valuable handicap at Newmarket, however it is hard to get away from Mr Wolf's tremendous course record and David Barker's gelding gets the vote. The selection looks ideally drawn in stall two to attack straight from the off as he has awesome early speed. He showed up for a long way over a longer trip last time out and as long as there isn't any further rain, he looks worth a bet. Off The Record proved himself as good on the turf as the all-weather with an excellent second to Shmookh and will certainly not mind this drop in trip; if he can get a good a good start then he must rate a massive massive danger from a good draw. Highland Warrior and Glasshoughton both won well last time out but both face a harder task with more weight on their backs, whilst Bo McGinty and Final Dynasty should both win soon but neither has been blessed with the greatest of draws. At a price, Colorus could run well, however Mr Wolf is taken to record another Pontefract success.
