    Verdict

AGGRAVATION can land this competitive handicap at the main expense of Distant Pleasure and Blue Charm. The selection has plenty to recommend him here as he has been in decent form and he was well backed on his latest start when he finished third behind Pha Mia Blue. He has a good draw today and this stiff mile should suit and he looks the one to beat. Distant Pleasure finished last season in good form and any further rain would work in her favour. She is making her seasonal reappearance tonight so the market may be a decent guide to her chance. Blue Charm won over this course and distance last time out and he remains on a competitive mark. He has also got form with cut in the ground and he has to be on the shortlist. Natural Rhythm is from a yard in really good form and he could go well at an each-way price, but in a race where plenty have chances we will side with Aggravation to lead them home.
