Verdict
Jordan Electrics beat Bossipop at Hamilton in July but is 11lb worse off and the latter is only a pound higher than when successful over 5f here in the spring. Penny Pot Lane has won three times here and is gradually slipping towards a winnable mark but COTTAM LANE (NAP) has far more scope. The three-year-old had Mutanaaseq behind when winning a shade cosily here two runs ago and wasn’t beaten far off this mark in a better race next time at York – the form of that contest has already been franked. Lady Nectar has a bit to prove at present while Oso Rapido and Bowman are probably better over 7f, though this is a stiff track.
