        Verdict

        Broctune Red is best at Newcastle though still went close at Beverley last time while One For The Frog debuts on Turf having dead-heated for first at Wolverhampton. WESTERNESSE (NAP) ran well at Wetherby on his debut for David O’Meara’s yard but was a victim of scrimmaging at Hamilton last time and hit the running rail - he gets another chance in this. Cedar Rapids can do better returning to this shorter trip and Shimmering Sands showed progressive form last year.
