In depth

Verdict

JOHNNY CAVAGIN has won four times around here and from higher marks. He looked on the way back to form at Nottingham and can concede weight all round. Super Julius has also won from higher marks though had to drop into Class 6 company to resume winning ways at Hamilton. Shepherd's Purse is just 2lb higher than when scoring at Ayr last month while Astrophysics wasn't far behind the prolific Ginger Jam at Beverley last month and has been left on the same mark. Dual all-weather winner Young Tiger ran well at Doncaster last time but a strike-rate of 0-18 on Turf tells a story.
