      Verdict

      Rock Force was second in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket in April but the form of that race has not worked out and Tom Dascombe’s colt hasn’t raced since. COLLIDE (NAP) is a son of Frankel out of a mare that has produced winners with all of her offspring to race, including the top-class Suffused. He is fancied to make a belated winning start to his career. Joie De Vivre can improve on her third at Carlisle while Extra Large’s run at Thirsk can be ignored as he never recovered from a tardy start.
