Derek O'Connor has ridden the winners of the last two of these and has been booked for Thebarrowman, who makes his handicap debut over fences after tackling Grade 1 company at Leopardstown. Without Limites is also starting out in handicaps and he was slightly disappointing at Navan after winning easily on heavy going over 2m4f at Wexford. Champion point-to-point rider Barry O'Neill gets the ride on He Rock's, who was runner-up to Canaly in this last year but arrives in much better form than the winner. Toushan fell in his last two starts last season and changed stables. He was very well supported on his comeback at Limerick and though lucky to be left clear at the second last produced a fine effort and a 3lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent another big run. Jamie Codd is on board TOUBALOO, who bounced back to form when just failing to concede 15lb to the winner over this track and trip in New Year's Day, form that can see him go one better. Bilko has yet to win over fences and was well beaten on his only start beyond 3m. Gavin Cromwell won the Welsh National with a 13-year-old last week so don't rule out another veteran from the yard, As De Pique.
