Verdict

HANNIBAL BARCA, a Group 3 winner at the Curragh last May, has failed to produce anything like that form in later races and looks flattered by his official rating but should still have far too much for these. Migdam and Jungle Cove were both well beaten in a Curragh handicap on Sunday but the lightly-raced Fleetfoot followed a heavy-ground victory at Leopardstown in the spring with a narrow defeat at Roscommon last week. The selection's stablemate Onameridance finished last when sent to France for a Listed contest while Oriole will have to improve from landing a Naas handicap by a short-head.
