Verdict

Gold Patrol has an 8lb hike to contend with for winning at Downpatrick last time and Abarta is upped 6lb for his victory at Ballinrobe though a conditional takes 7lb off his back for this. Katie Do was unlucky bidding for hat-trick when brought down early at Sligo and King Leon had Much Wants More back in third when winning a novices chase at Clonmel last time. But another chance goes to BEST VALUE in this after the latter went close to catching Tulsa Jack at Gowran earlier in the month when seven lengths clear of the rest.
