Verdict
DON COSSACK, placed in Grade company on his last two starts over timber, could hardly have been more impressive on his chasing bow at Galway, coming home 20l clear. There are very much better rivals but there's more to come and he can complete the double. Morning Assembly, a Grade 1 winner over hurdles at the Festival here in April, was another impressive winner on his debut over fences here last month despite looking in need of the experience, scoring by just over 3l from Si C'Etait Vrai. He'll win more races this season and also has the beating of third-placed Clonbanan Lad on that form.
