FOXROCK, who scored between the flags at Loughrea in October, was impeded and unshipped Ruby Walsh at the first on his hurdling debut at Leopardstown before finishing runner-up to Mala Beach in what looked a very strong maiden there last month. Today's extra quarter-mile will be in his favour and he can gain his first success under Rules. Fergiethelegend began his hurdling career with a couple of fine efforts on this track but ran poorly at Thurles last time. That didn't look his true form and he should do better though he's held on earlier Naas running by Kashline, a winning point-to-pointer who has been going well over trips just too short. He looks a big threat while Los Amigos ran his best race to date behind Torn Asunder at Down Royal and is another to consider in a better than average maiden.
