Rory O'Moore, who won a tough Cork handicap on heavy ground last month, quickly reverts to hurdles after pulling up on his chasing debut at Fairyhouse. Phantom Prince should win some decent races this season as he did very well for Brendan Powell in the UK last term though he hasn't run since April. It's a long time since Clonbanan Lad ran over hurdles but he's been going well over fences and is on the shortlist. However, he was beaten off levels by Followmeuptocarlow at Tipperary in May and the latter, who has also been running over the bigger obstacles, should confirm the form on these terms. GALLANT OSCAR, who completed a double over fences earlier this year, took advantage of a much lower hurdles rating on his return at Navan then just failed to reel in Pencilhimin from 11lb higher back there a couple of weeks later. He's been raised again but still looks well treated and can gain compensation.
