    Verdict

The two-year-old efforts of TRAIL BLAZE were superior to today's rivals and he's fancied to make a winning comeback. The form of his second at Ayr in September has worked out well and he's preferred to Sunley Pride, who finished runner-up at Wolverhampton last month. Lady Loch's debut third at York in July was a decent effort and she makes more appeal than Midnight Tryst and Solange, although it's worth keeping an eye on the newcomer Brother Superior as he's a half-brother to host of winners including the sprinter Golden Nun.
