Verdict

Tim Easterby is no stranger to winning this and 5f Listed winner Vintage Brut has a leading chance at the weights but has yet to race over today’s trip. He’s preferred to both his stablemates but SWISSTERIOUS shares the same rating as the former and has form over 6f. Karl Burke’s colt finished over five lengths clear of the re-opposing Alfie Solomons when runner-up in a conditions race at Doncaster last month and collateral form with the latter gives him the beating of Red Balloons. Richard Fahey’s filly won a valuable sales race at York in August with stable companion Kodyanna well beaten and makes most appeal of her yard’s four runners while Beat Le Bon, Summer Daydream, Orange Blossom and Canal Rocks are among the least exposed though the remainder face a tough task on these terms.
