DRAGON KING made a winning debut in soft ground at Newcastle. His ability to handle this faster surface has to be taken on trust but he should go close if doing so. Mutafarrej has to be forgiven a poor effort at Catterick last time but has a shout on his earlier form in better company. Charlotte's Secret has scope for further improvement but Saltarello improved for the drop back to 6f and may not be suited by the return to today's trip. Summer Stroll was well beaten back in a handicap last time having won a claiming race before that.
