In depth
Verdict
Humbolt Current landed a double over a mile before beaten off todays’s mark at York and attempts 1m2f for the first time here. It remains to be seen if FAADHEL is more successful bidding for a hat-trick but Roger Varian’s colt returned a cosy winner over today’s trip at Chester recently and is taken to defy a 4lb rise. International Man is another stepping up in distance after winning a lady riders’ race at York but the runner-up Poet's Dawn re-opposes on better terms.
