        Verdict

        On The Level and Just One Smile catch the eye in this modest contest, with Just One Smile getting our vote. The selection has been placed in each of her last two outings, including here over seven furlongs last time. She has to be thereabouts today. On The Level's third to Raccoon at Thirsk in September (where Flight Of Eagles finished sixth) reads very well with the winner winning since and a repeat of that effort gives her big claims in this race. Flight Of Eagles has place chances based on his Thirsk run too, while Golden Aruba faces his easiest task to date and would not have to be up to much to feature. Stavros has bits and pieces of form at a modest level, but it could well be good enough to get him in the money. As we say, it's not quality fayre, but someone has to win and that someone might just be Just One Smile.
