Verdict

Broken Spear beat Mossbawn and Ugo Gregory when successful at Doncaster in November but disappointed over a mile here last time when behind third-placed Il Bandito. The latter should be in the mix once again but a chance is taken on DANIELSFLYER. The latter returned to action with a third on the all-weather and won this contest last year off a higher mark. Muntadab looks more favourably treated than Queen's Sargent while Jack Daniel is the least exposed and makes his handicap debut.
