The veteran Balducci was rated 96 when landing a similar event at Chester a year ago and is now down to 88 but hasn't been running anywhere near that mark and finished tailed off in a seller last time. The three-year-old SMART MOVER has looked at her best on ground with plenty of give and would be an obvious choice after her two wins on soft ground if the going turns testing. She is one of the few with scope and gets the nod whatever the going. Our Boy Jack has been racing in Class 3 handicaps but was beaten at this level on his reappearance at Catterick when Layla's Hero was beaten a long way. The latter wasn't showing his true ability that day though there's little between him and Victoire De Lyphar on their 1-2 at Beverley in August. Burning Blaze has plenty of weight and Moonlight Venture has never won on Turf.
