        Verdict

        LAST SOVEREIGN missed the break at Chester last time and never posed a threat. He'd gone close in both starts before that including a short-head defeat at Doncaster and Ollie Pears' charge looks to have an easier task in this. Bedloe's Island can also be forgiven last week's eighth in better company at York but he's 10lb higher than when winning last year's renewal. Another Wise Kid is only 3lb higher than when scoring at Ayr last season but that win came in heavy ground while it was also testing going when Jack Luey won at the same track in September. Rylee Mooch found only one too good at Newmarket last week and is preferred to the returning Willbeme.
