        Verdict

        So Grateful placed here last month and went close at Newcastle last time. Napping has been dropped a pound since her latest third at Yarmouth and goes on the shortlist while Gullane One is now only a pound higher than when scoring at Carlisle in July but did finish behind BALLYCOMMON at Catterick last month and it’s the latter that gets the nod. The soft going should help Mudawwan cope with a drop in trip with Ed Bethell’s gelding having finished second the last twice at Catterick.
