Verdict
CORNISH CASTLE is taken to land the hat-trick at the main expense of Rising Kheleyf and Alicante. Tim Walford's 3-year-old was good value for his winning margin at Nottingham last time. He is unexposed so there should be more to come and with trip and ground to suit he can again get his head in front. Rising Kheleyf has clearly wintered well on the evidence of his win at Catterick earlier in the month and he races today off what could still be a very fair mark. He tackles this trip for the first time but if he can build on that win last time out then he should give our selection a race. Alicante is another that is upped in trip and Sir Mark Prescott has a good track record when he steps his horses up in distance. Tarzan is dropped in trip after a disappointing run last time, and although he has a bit to prove at present, the yard are in very good form. Some progressive types in opposition here and the vote goes to Cornish Castle.
