BRIYOUNI (NAP) showed potential in three runs last season and made a sparkling return to action at Nottingham where he won with a bit up his sleeve. The 6lb penalty he has to carry doesn't look enough to prevent a quick double. Arithmetic looked well suited by fast going at Redcar where he was staying on strongly and with just 1lb extra to contend with has to be a threat. Mecca's Missus was also staying on stoutly in that race and should be winning soon while Carnageo couldn't quicken at Nottingham but has only had five runs so should be capable of better. Mr Potter has yet to win but couldn't have gone much closer at Wetherby and is 2lb lower.
