Verdict
MIKMAK was Tim Easterby's 74th Flat winner of the year over a mile at Thirsk on Saturday and, though penalised, he won over this track and trip in June and should be followed while in such tremendous form. Racemaker has done his winning over shorter as he did over a mile at Ayr and he has a 10lb rise to overcome. Daawy has an obvious chance with the selection on their run here in June though a first-time visor appeared to work for him that day. Fitzsimmons won a novices' event by 11 lengths at Brighton then didn't appear to stay 1m4f on the Tapeta at Wolverhampton. Qawamees makes his handicap debut from a lowly mark and has shown enough to get into contention.
