        Verdict

        Beverley Bullet beat Old China in soft ground at Carlisle last month but was a well beaten second off today’s mark last time. Clenymistra won over 1m2f at Redcar before beaten at Hamilton and Racemaker has been placed over the latter distance at this venue recently. So It's War has had plenty of chances off similar marks this year and the vote goes THORNABY NASH, who was ahead of Midlight when runner-up at Redcar in May in a tougher race than this.
