        Verdict

        Michael Stoute introduces the Entrepeneur colt Contract who is sure to have his supporters given the fine record of his trainer at this course, but he will do well to overcome Golden Chalice who shaped well on his sole outing when a good second to Northern Desert at Nottingham (runs 5:10 Newmarket) last month. Alrafid looked a surefire future winner after going down fighting at Leicester last backend, whilst Mark Johnston introduces the nicely bred wild Cougar (by Storm Cat). Arctic Lagoon a gelded son of Bering represents James Fanshawe and Oscar Urbina.
