Verdict
Con Artist is 7lb higher on his reappearance having won at Epsom in September but an apprentice's claim gives Pontefract winner Polar Kite every chance off his current mark. The latter is preferred to stablemate Honeymead, who has a bit to prove over today's distance, while Silvery Moon is stepped up in class having finished second over C&D last month. OSTEOPATHIC REMEDY had little chance with Farhh in the Thirsk Hunt Cup last time but beat the rest of the field, including Don't Call Me, and gets the nod racing off the same mark though trail-blazer Dunn'o could also be a factor on his first start for Dandy Nicholls.
