Verdict

Harvest Warrior has gone close on his last two runs and he can get the better of Stargazer Jim and Wovoka. The selection was only beaten a short-head over this course and distance last time behind Wasalat. That came on the back of a couple of other really good runs and if he can maintain his current form then he should take plenty of beating. Stargazer Jim is a danger as he won well last time on his turf debut and he could still be well-in on his all-weather rating. However, he has struggled to get home over this trip in the past and for that reason we will oppose him. Wovoka was well beaten last time but that was in a much stronger race that has worked out well. Just Bond needed the run last time at Haydock after a break so he should strip fitter today. However, Harvest Warrior did nothing wrong here last time and can gain his compensation for that narrow defeat.
