        Verdict

        Chevalier du Lac is clear on official ratings but it may not be wise to take a short price about John Quinn's charge, who was very disappointing when dropped into this grade at Musselburgh. Forster Square looks the pick of Richard Fahey's two runners but stall one is off-putting with the starting gates on the stands' side. GERRARD'S RETURN has been luckier with the draw and he can record a first win at the seventh attempt running in a seller for the first time.
