Isotope would have caught Fest Deiz in another couple of strides at Tipperary and, though that was over slightly further, can reverse the form with the winner. Dual hurdles winner Sean Says bounced back to form when just failing to concede 8lb to Groveman at Cork and, though raised 3lb, his rider's claim takes care of the extra. Chasing Abbey is consistent enough though still looks a couple of pounds high so the four-year-old MERRY POPPINS, a Tipperary maiden winner on her racecourse debut in August, looks the one to beat after a cracking effort behind Pure Bliss in a better race than this at Punchestown.
