Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won two of the last three and the Frankel colt Boy Scout, who cost 925,000gns, will be better for his run at the Curragh though he never really got into contention. Magnetar was always in the front rank when placed at Leopardstown and is certain to have come on as has stable companion Mister Mister, who never got involved at Killarney after a slow start. Spirit Genie showed very good pace before weakening at the Curragh and Betterdaysrcoming showed ability before finding the lucrative auction race at Naas beyond him. VIEW TAKEN couldn't quite match strides with Wembley on the latter track but looked a certain future winner and gets the nod in an interesting maiden for the track.
