In depth
Verdict
Bill The Yank was engaged in the 4.20 at Tramore yesterday where he had a chance so the result should be monitored. Clancy Strand was left clear at the last when his two nearest challengers came to grief at Naas though he probably would have won anyway. A 7lb rise makes things tougher but he's returned to top form and should be in the mix. Georgie has been raised 5lb for a battling success at Galway and his only previous success was over this C&D so he's one for the short-list but it's KHAN TENGRI who is given the nod. He scored at Tipperary last month and his two subsequent starts from higher marks suggest he's ready to score again. Andalucia Lady, who won here last month, was tackling much better company when beaten at Galway last time.
