In depth

Verdict

Abeona can't have been right at Naas a couple of weeks ago after a promising debut at Dundalk. Baraniya also made an encouraging debut on the former track and her stable have struck form though few are going better than Johnny Murtagh's yard and LAGGATA looks the one to beat. She was a 66/1 chance for her debut over a mile at Leopardstown last weekend but only faded in the closing stages after being up with the pace throughout. Rocket Science has a smart pedigree and is certain to have benefited from her run at Naas in November.
