Verdict

In The Red's close second over 7f at Newbury was followed by a disappointing run when favourite over a mile back there. He may be suited by this quicker ground and should get into the firing-line. Dream Of Summer faded in the closing stages over 7f at Newbury but had shown good early pace and should now be ready. LONG ISLAND looked as though further was required when battling on over a furlong shorter in testing conditions at Newmarket. This shouldn't take much winning and she can go one better. The speedily-bred Centuro is an interesting contender for Jonjo O'Neill, especially as her dam has produced winners with her first three foals to race.
