In depth

Verdict

Strathspey won so well at Epsom last time out that she is taken to score despite her penalty and she will be hard to beat with conditions again in her favour. Mount Hesse rates the main danger he won well at Doncaster when defeating Plymsole and again has things in his favour. Countess Miletrain made a bold bid to make all the running last time over a longer trip and may be seen to better effect over this shorter trip. Royal Storm could also go well but he weakened in the final furlong there over this trip and may do better when returned to a shorter trip. Roman Boy is one to consider off his light weight.
