Verdict
STRATHCAL is marginally preferred to Salybia Bay and Beaubrav. Hughie Morrison is ticking along quite nicely this season and has been a profitable trainer to follow at this track in recent seasons whilst Strathcal can be expected to come on for his reappearance. That run saw him stay on well from off the pace in a similar race and better can be expected. Salybia Bay has been unfortunate to bump into a couple of progressive types on her last two starts; there's every danger that that will occur again but she deserves to win one of these. Beaubrav stepped up on his maiden form when finding one too strong on his handicap bow and he will be expected to build on that despite having to race from a 5lb higher mark. Good Buy Dubai is not without claims back in trip whilst the market may tell us what to expect from the likes of Melange, Heart Of Tuscany, Rebel Swing and Rowan Tiger to name but four. They all have the potential to improve but so does Stratchal and we'll take him to prevail.
