Verdict

Holland Park was disappointing over 7f here earlier this month but his earlier form would put him in the frame and Richard Hughes chooses him over Daydream Believer. Regal Miss was a 50/1 chance on her debut at Windsor but belied her odds with a fine run and she can only get better. Tap Shoes wasn't beaten far behind the long odds-on Strath Burn at Doncaster and though the winner was eased it was still a much improved effort from Henry Candy's filly. ICE LORD made a very promising start when beaten just a head at Doncaster in October but found stepping up to a mile beyond him at Newbury in April. It's taking a chance that there's been nothing amiss but that debut run is better than any other form on view so he gets the vote.
