In depth
Verdict
Lochridge looks a worthy market leader after showing good form at two and then running respectably behind the classy Monturani at Ascot last time. She certainly has a clear chance but may note rate a value bet so it might pay to look at Anoof from the in-form Marcus Tregoning yard. Well beaten on her final start last term on unsuitably heavy ground, the filly had previously shown good form and with her stable carrying all before them at present she rates a serious danger to Lochridge. Homespun is another with claims although she would need to improve a few pounds on her most recent third place behind Hallion at York.
