In depth

Verdict

Only five runners in this but all have some sort of chance. Arnold Lane is arguably the most vulnerable as his three runs so far have all been on fast ground while the once-raced Ihsas has her first start on turf having won her maiden on the Polytrack. Gusto has tackled Listed company in his last two outings and will appreciate the drop in grade, while Artistic Jewel is open to further improvement following her close-up third at Doncaster. But we'll give another chance to REX IMPERATOR, who didn't get the run of the race in a valuable sales event on Town Moor earlier this month. He'll appreciate the give in the ground here and can get back to winning ways.
