        Verdict

Pablo was a highly impressive Goodwood maiden winner over this trip and remains open to further progress so should give a good account on his handicap debut. Selective has claims on his close second behind Aldora at Goodwood in May and will appreciate the return to this trip after staying on strongly over 6f last time. Commanding was a little disappointing at Newbury last time but goes well fresh and can't be ruled out on his earlier Kempton victory while recent Ayr maiden scorer and the promising Judge Davidson are both capable of further progress and can make an impact at this level.
