Verdict

MUQTASER finished third behind the progressive Marma's Boy in this grade at Newmarket last time and Roger Varian's colt is preferred to recent course and distance winner Indelible Ink. The latter steps up in class while Perrault scored at Chepstow back in May and goes handicapping for the first time. Star System found an 8lb rise beyond him here last time having won at Ripon earlier and Zamperini went close over track and trip on his latest start but has been raised a further 6lb for his trouble.
