Kastani Beach won an amateurs’ race at Lingfield in January and was successful in this in 2015. He’s a regular in the contest but the 13-year-old is 4lb wrong in the weights today. The less-exposed Bang On may be a bigger danger back in the right grade, though Prairie Town has gone well around here in the past.
