      Verdict

      Exceeder cost 100,000gns and has only found one too good in his three starts to date. The drop to 5f shouldn't be a problem on this stiff track while Finflash was last seen in the Windsor Castle at Ascot having finished second in a maiden on the same course on his debut. Pensax Lad has been placed in two of his three runs and Fantasy Justifier has also hinted at ability, though his future probably lies in handicaps. The booking of Ryan Moore for JACOB'S PILLOW looks significant as he could presumably have ridden fellow newcomer Outer Space. William Haggas' sprint-bred colt has entries in both the Gimcrack and Middle Park and can get off the mark at the first time of asking.
