In depth

Formwatch

Fard du Moulin Mas (FR) Yet to prove that he stays this trip let alone handle the probable heavy going; not the most reliable of jumpers.

Real Value (IRE) Tough and game stayer who goes well for today's fine amateur; possibly a little high in the weights today.

Wade Road (IRE) Stamina doubts and confidence might have been dented when being brought down last time; shrewd trainer should never be discounted but others preferred today.

Cheerful Aspect (IRE) Goes on the ground and stays and jumps really well; back on a nice mark and should give a good account of himself.

Brave Highlander (IRE) Stays well and will appreciate this going; trainer is starting to find a bit of form and this gelding is one for the shortlist.

Raffles Rooster Found it hard to defy seven pound penalty last time but is an improving sort who should go well here.

Picket Piece Won a poor affair last time and this will be much tougher; not certain to appreciate this ground.

Even Flow (IRE) Not the force he was and is winning with less frequency than in his early days; will probably find a couple too good.

Luke Warm Consistent and a good jumper; stamina doubts exist and could not be backed with much confidence.
