In depth

Verdict

Apamurra stands out of those with experience on her debut third at Goodwood. But breeding suggests one of the newcomers may prove above average with HILARIO preferred. A 160,000gns purchase, Charlie Hills’ colt is a half-brother to Group 2 winner Deacon Blue among others and is taken to make a winning start. Mutawakked cost 120,000gns and could also go well while Ryan Moore’s presence on Somebody To Love, partly-owned by Coolmore, suggests she may prove best of Richard Hannon’s three runners.
