Verdict

MLLE CHANEL’s win last year came on fast ground and both handicaps runs this term have been on soft. With William Buick taking over the reins, he may be worth another chance. Theme Park has been quite highly tried since switching to Nigel Tinkler’s yard and has travelled a long way for this. Carbis Bay is making his handicap debut but the assessor has taken no chances and his best runs so far have come on the Tapeta at Newcastle. Muktamil has been gelded since last seen 11 months ago.
