Recent course and distance second Smart Catch was sent off favourite for this last year after arriving in similar good form but only managed sixth behind Kastani Beach and races off the same mark. Erica Bridge's mount is 2lb lower than last year so has to go on the short-list again while West Of The Edge and Un Prophete are others to consider. LOVES DESTINATION never figured when favourite over a longer trip at Plumpton 11 days ago but Chris Gordon's mare had been thriving on heavier ground previously and has conditions in her favour again here.
