        Verdict

        Betty's Pride ran well last time out when second behind Dubian Gift last time out and with conditions again in her favour she will be hard to beat, she had John O'Groats behind on that occasion and there is no reason why he can reverse the placing. Tommy Smith should also go well despite top weight but he has given trouble in the stalls before. Beyond The Clouds won well at Doncaster on Friday and must also be feared. Emerald Fire would also have a chance on his best form but was slightly disappointing last time and has an absence to overcome.
