In depth

Verdict

Parikarma found one too good at Doncaster last time but is not helped by a high draw and Chepstow runner-up Newton Jack is also drawn wide. Wilfy has placed over 6f the last twice but has something to prove over today’s distance and a chance is taken on DUSTY DREAM as she returns to 7f. The Haggas filly never figured over 1m2f at Haydock when losing a shoe on her reappearance but much better is expected here with improvement likely in first-time headgear. Kentucky Hardboot was still beaten a long way when second at Doncaster last time and Cesifire faces a stiffer task having won at Chelmsford.
