In depth

Theatre Territory looked sure to win at Newbury last month when capsizing two out. This is a better race, however, and Ms Parfois will also need to step up on her victory at Warwick. The latter was earlier easily outpaced by COLIN’S SISTER in a Listed race at Haydock and Colin Tizzard’s likeable mare is fancied to confirm that form on 5lb worse terms. She can complete her four-timer as Happy Diva’s better recent form has been over further. Kelka won a couple of minor events before the turn of the year but had her limitations exposed last time at Sedgefield.

Colin's Sister 4-6fav (11-0) Tracked leaders, not fluent 3rd, closed 5th, led next, headed after 4 out, led before next, easily drew clear flat, won at Haydock 2m 3f lst (1) sft in Dec beating My Khaleesi (11-0) by 6l, 6 ran.

Happy Diva (IRE) 5-1 (10-9) Prominent, went 2nd from 3 out, soon outpaced, 4th of 9, 14 1/2l behind Constantine Bay (11-5) at Doncaster 3m (1) gd in Jan.

Kelka 11-4 (11-10) Held up in touch, weakened 3 out, 2nd of 7, 11l behind Bordeaux Bill (11-5) at Sedgefield 2m 4f (4) gs in Jan.

Ms Parfois (IRE) 5-4fav (11-0) With leader, led narrowly after 5th, made rest, ridden before 2 out, hard pressed last, stayed on well under pressure flat, won at Warwick 2m 5f (4) sft in Jan beating Wizard's Sliabh (11-6) by 2l, 5 ran.

Theatre Territory (IRE) 4-9fav (11-6) Tracked leaders, 2nd after 3 out, challenged going best when fell 2 out, at Newbury 2m 5f (4) sft in Jan.
